Welcome to yongyungaudio.com. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Pengpai Century Technology Co., Ltd.’s Website, located at yongyungaudio.com.
By placing an order for custom headphones, headsets, or audio gear, you agree to our manufacturing protocols:
Sample Approval: Mass production will only commence after the physical or digital approval of a Pre-Production Sample (PPS).
Product Specifications: Clients are responsible for providing accurate Tech Packs, sound profiles, and material requirements. Pengpai Century is not liable for errors resulting from incomplete client specifications.
Tolerance: Due to the technical nature of audio manufacturing, minor variances in cosmetic finish or color shades are considered acceptable within industry standards.
We respect your creativity. All acoustic designs, industrial sketches, and proprietary tech packs provided by the client remain the client’s exclusive intellectual property. Pengpai Century will not sell or distribute your custom designs to third parties. We are committed to signing a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before the start of any project.
Unless otherwise agreed in a written sales contract, our standard B2B payment terms are:
Sampling: 100% advance payment for sample development and tooling fees.
Mass Production: 30% deposit to start production, and the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment or against the Bill of Lading (B/L), depending on the agreed Incoterms.
We offer various shipping methods including FOB, CIF, and DDP. While we strive to meet all lead times, Pengpai Century is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, international logistics disruptions, or Force Majeure events.
Our facility follows strict QA/QC procedures, including audio performance testing and battery cycle inspections. If you receive a batch with manufacturing defects, claims must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the goods. We will provide a reasonable solution, such as a credit, discount, or replacement in the next shipment.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province.
