What are your payment methods?
We accept wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Western Union. Generally, a 30% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. Of course, specific details can be negotiated between both parties.
How long is the delivery time?
Sample orders: 3-5 business days.
Bulk orders: 7-15 business days.
What shipping methods can I choose? How long does it take?
Samples and small batch orders can be shipped via air express such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and Aramex, taking approximately 3-7 days.For large batch orders, air freight takes approximately 7-12 days, and sea freight takes approximately 15-35 days.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we provide samples. Sample fees are refundable after bulk purchase. For detailed sample application procedures, please contact our sales team.

Yes, custom packaging is available starting from 1000 sets.
What certifications do your products have?
Most of our bone conduction headphones and swimming headphones meet international market safety and environmental requirements, and can be provided depending on the product model: CE, FCC, RoHS, BQB (Bluetooth SIG), UN38.3, MSDS, IPX8.
How long will it take to receive a reply after I request a quote?
Normally, a reply will be given within 24 hours.
Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?
OEM/ODM: Minimum order 200 sets. Custom packaging/labels/instructions: Minimum order 1000 sets. Specific minimum order quantities can be negotiated based on product and customer needs.
What if there are problems with the product?
If you find any quality problems after receiving the product, please contact us immediately and provide the order number, product pictures or videos, and other relevant information. Our team will confirm the problem as soon as possible and communicate with you to discuss a solution.
Depending on the actual situation of the problem and the cooperation agreement between both parties, we can provide technical support, repair suggestions, replacement, resend, or other reasonable after-sales solutions.
For OEM/ODM projects, we also conduct root cause analysis of any issues and continuously optimize processes and quality control in subsequent production to help clients reduce after-sales risks and ensure product quality stability.
Do you support small-batch testing?
We support small-batch testing orders. The MOQ for some standard products can start from 100 sets, with the specific quantity depending on the product model, customization requirements, and packaging requirements.
For first-time clients, we recommend sample testing or small-batch verification to confirm product performance, market acceptance, and the cooperation process. After testing is completed, we can support larger-scale orders and OEM/ODM project development.
Can you provide product images/videos?
Yes. We provide our clients with high-definition product images, videos, and technical materials for website construction, e-commerce platforms, social media promotion, and sales display.
Does your factory have product ID design capabilities? Can you develop molds?
